He quickly prepared the paperwork to get our home on the market at a price we were comfortable with and had some strategies for helping our house to sell quickly in a very competitive market. Ryan helped us to secure a great loan through his various contacts in the home mortgage business and we were thrilled with the integrity of the lender. The whole process was handled in a timely manner and with ease on our part. Ryan is a "people person" who puts others at ease right away with his friendly demeanor and professional attitude. The seller's of our new home felt they could trust Ryan and phone him with questions when they couldn't reach their agent! Although we never plan to move again, I would definitely recommend Ryan to any of my friends and family because he has unquestionable character and is one of the hardest working people I know.
