Ryan is so good at what he does. I would recommend him to everyone looking to buy a new home. He listens to what you want and helps you to find the right place for you at the right price. This was my first time buying a home, and it was a short sale, so I had many questions, a few hiccups and Ryan was always there every step of the way. He doesn't pressure you to get something you don't love or waste your time. He really did his homework and was constantly giving me updates and he was always available. Ryan is a guy you can trust and know your in good hands with him. He is also a great negotiator and was able to make sure I was getting a good deal.
